“To be a successful student in our Academy, to pass the exams without problems, you have to make some steps. The first step is to pay attention on courses so you’ll understand the lesson and it will be more easier to learn after that. The second step is to practice and review the lessons in your studying time. Another step is to rest during the exams period. Don’t try to force yourself, it won’t be helpful. The last step is to study in a good way. When I say this I refer that is much better to learn logical.
Following those steps it’s impossible to fail an exam.”
The sequence of ideas is made clear with the help of connectors which flag the transition from one instruction step to the next. Good use of imperatives to accomplish the task.
INTERVIEW 2:
“The steps one student must take in order to be successful and to pass all exams are: 1. to participate at all classes and to pay attention to the elementary details; 2. to take notes such as to remember the main aspects; 3. to learn constantly, meaning that before exams one should only recap, not learn; 4. to not neglect the learning process: it is better to be on a subject and at the exam it doesn’t present a novelty.”
The instructions are mostly clear. Sequencing phrases such as “first”, “the next step” would make your presentation more coherent and would help you display more linguistic range.
INTERVIEW 3:

“Currently, there isn’t a book to help you to be an exemplary student, but certainly most of the students know what to do to be one of the best. The most important aspect to be a good student it’s how to prepare for classes, tests and seminars. If you fail to be forever with a lesson learned, it’s important to read it not to make a bad impression. The second aspect is the relationship between teacher and student. The student should be interested in what the teacher say and ask if something is unclear. Finally, we can talk about how the student is dressed: he must wear clothes to get to the teacher respect.”
Your discourse is complex, detailed and coherent. There is a clear transition from one idea to the next. There is also a variety of grammatical structures such as imperatives and modals.
INTERVIEW 4:

“It is very easy to be a successful student. I will present you a few steps: learn to organizate your materials and assignment, pay attention in class, do your homeworks on time. This is the way how you can pass all your exam and how to be a successful student.”
Your presentation is a good attempt to solve the task, however, you fail to produce enough details to demonstrate linguistic proficiency. Next time use connecting phrases to organize your discourse and include more details.
INTERVIEW 5:

“In our Academy, as in other universities, is needed a lot of perseverance of course will and determination to work hard because our teachers expect a lot from us for becoming future officers. Is not enough to participate to classes, it takes a lot of additional work to do to have better results. The secret is to combine the theoretical with the practice and handle the job we will have later.”
Your presentation is interesting in the comments that you make. However, your comments take up most of your discourse leaving less to the accomplishment of the task proper. Next time when asked to solve such a task, you should go straight to the point, use connectors to organize your discourse and provide enough details to demonstrate lexical and grammatical knowledge.
