TASK 6

INTERVIEW 1

“A: Hello, I’m John Nick from room 367 and I have a little problem.

B: Hello, Sir! How can I help you?

A: Yesterday I put some of my clothes in the laundry bag, but I haven’t received them back yet.

B: Sir, give me a minute, please. Let me call to the wash house. There has been a mistake. I think your clothes have been given to another client who has already checked out of the hotel.

A: OK. How can I receive my clothes back?

B: I’ll try to find out his number. Wait a second, please.

A: I’ll wait here, no problem.

B: I have called the other client and he arrives here in an hour. Can you wait here?

A: Yes, no problem. I’ll be in my room. Give me a call when he arrives.

B: OK. I’ll call you, Sir. Please do accept my apologies. We are so sorry for this inconvenient.”
