This recording features an interview where the candidate has to speak for about 3 minutes interacting with the interviewer in a role-play setting in which s/he has to communicate in order to solve a problematic everyday situation.

Task 6
You are at a hotel abroad. Yesterday you put some of your clothes in the laundry bag to be washed and pressed. They were supposed to be returned today but you haven’t received your clothes back yet. Tomorrow is your check out day and you need your clothes because you are leaving. Go and talk to the receptionist about it. (there has been a mistake and the candidate’s clothes have been given to another client who has already checked out of the hotel)
