My budget was very low. / I was on a tight budget.

I took a camera with me and I took a lot of photos of all the places that I had visited. The camera was a little one I could carry with me everywhere.
It was a wonderful experience for me and I’ll never forget it.
The last time I travelled on vacation was three years ago when I went to Italy.
I went on that vacation with my brother.
We were very thrilled because we had never been to a foreign country.
When we arrived, I liked Italy instantly.
